Return Policy for Bliss Wine Concierge

Thank you for shopping with Bliss Wine Concierge. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your wine purchases. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a refunded return, the wine must be unopened and in its original packaging.

- We do stand by our product. If your wines show a flaw such as TCA (cork taint), VA/EA (nail polish remover smell due to ethyl acetate), maderization, or refermentation in bottle, please email andrey@blisswineconcierge.com and explain the circumstances of your situation. Final approval of refunds or credits will be done by Bliss Wine Concierge.

2. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blisswineconcierge.com.
- Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Shipping:
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If the wine is returned because the recipient cannot meet the delivery in person, and proof of age cannot be provided, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

4. Proof of Age:
- All wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the package.
- If the wine is returned due to the inability to provide proof of age, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged Products:
- We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- We are not liable for any damages incurred to the product due to heat after the first delivery attempt.

6. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed once the items are inspected visually or by approval from Bliss Wine Concierge.
- Refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
