Shipping Policy for Bliss Wine Concierge

Thank you for choosing Bliss Wine Concierge for your wine selections. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your orders.

1. Shipping Schedule:
- We ship quarterly, providing our customers with a week's notice prior to shipping.
- This notice allows customers the opportunity to hold or reroute their orders if needed.

2. Delivery Conditions:
- Recipients are required to receive the package in person upon delivery.
- Alternatively, recipients can reroute the package to a UPS Store using their own My UPS Choice account.

3. Undeliverable Shipments:
- Shipments returned to us due to the inability to be delivered will be redelivered at the recipient's expense.
- This expense includes both the cost of redelivery and the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse.

4. Default Shipping Service:
- Our default shipping service is UPS Ground.
- If you require faster delivery, please email info@blisswineconcierge.com or andrey@blisswineconcierge.com.
- Faster service will incur a higher fee payable by the recipient.

5. Packaging and Temperature Control:
- We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure the integrity of the wine during transit.
- Shipments are sent in approved packaging with temperature control methods when necessary.
- This ensures that your wines arrive in optimal condition.

6. Free Shipping Offer:
- We offer free shipping on wine club shipments.
- Additionally, free shipping is extended as a perk to wine club members on orders of 12 bottles or more.
- Non-wine club members can also enjoy free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more.
