Cancellation Policy

Any membership is subject to a cancellation pre-notice of 7 days prior to shipment of the next quarter's offer. An email will be sent informing you that the next shipment will be sent in one week. An immediate reply (within 12 hours of receipt) to that email is the last opportunity to cancel a membership. A quarterly membership may be cancelled any time prior to the seven day notice by emailing info@blisswineconcierge.com or to andrey@blisswineconcierge.com

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you opt for advance payment.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to avoid renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date.

To cancel or modify your subscription, please do so within one week of the upcoming shipment date. Links in your order confirmation emails will direct you to the subscription management page.

Pre-paid Subscriptions

Purchasing a pre-paid membership commits to a one-year or four-quarter period. Payment may be collected, or a partial deposit taken at checkout, with the remaining balance charged at a future date.

All subscriptions are final for the agreed-upon term. Subscription prices may vary for wine club members based on their relationship duration or the number of new members referred. Referring a new wine club member entitles an existing member to a 10% discount on their subscription price. This offer can be applied up to 10 times, with each referral increasing the discount by 10%. The discount is valid as long as the referred member remains active and pays for their subscription.

Should a referred member choose to end their subscription, the corresponding discount portion will be nullified. The price difference will be charged to the card on file.
