Soil Type(s): Sandy loam on clay

Grapes were machine harvested with an on board destemmer on March 16, 2022.

Production Notes

The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed with one day on the skins. The free run and later pressings are combined, then cold settled off dirt and heavy solids for 24 hours. The wines are fermented in 2000L Slavonian oak Foudre for 3 weeks and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months on fine lees. Sterile filtration and no fining.
