The Riesling was machine harvested from Blocks G11 & Gullyview on February 26, 2022

Production Notes

The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed. Only the free run juice is used, then cold settled off dirt and heavy solids for 3 days. The wines are fermented in stainless steel for 3 weeks at 64 degrees and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months on fine lees. Sterile filtration and no fining.

Fun Facts

One of the classic vineyards in the world for Riesling, the Watervale style is perfectly expressed by saying "holy cow, this is a dry wine".
